Rivalry isn’t our motto here at BeastCoast, we’re in this scene because we just simply love it. No matter the style of the ride or its intended use, if you’re doing it for you and to be you, we have nothing but respect. S13’s and S14’s have been seen and done by everyone so its uniqueness in modifications has nearly diminished. HOWEVER, uniqueness is far from what caught our attention to this pair; It was the mixture of the cars and their owners. Randy and Luis are among the few that don’t sweat the show-car details or competitions. They’re the type to just get out there and enjoy the drift sport as a group. Two goodhearted-drift guys with two very well known platforms.. guaranteed to be seen rolling around the streets together, sideways.
Luis has always been into 240’s and drifting right when he got into the car scene. His only drawback (as we can all relate) was that he could not afford a nice RWD car for a while. Luis was determined though, with time and hard work, he was able to purchase his very first 240SX two years ago. Luis did a great job restoring the body of the car and just recently started modifying it for drifting while being daily driveable.
Go home monk, you’re drunk.
One filthy street, two clean 240’s.
RPF1’s please.
Bitches love battle scars.
Randy’s drift influence was sparked in 2005 when he started to watch old school Japanese drift footage and D1 competitions. Eight years later and on his second 240, this is where he stands. He has owned his S13 and have been drifting for 2 years to this date. In his spare time, he takes his car to Dspot to leave plenty of swooping tire marks.
We don’t see dents or bent rims, we see the great stories behind them.

Let him play you the song of our people; HKS Hi-Power exhaust.
*Wax on, wax off*
Some wonder how he shifts.. from the tip or half-shaft?
Kouki tails put some sass on that ass.

S14 ready to haul.

Randy and Luis both have similar future plans. They both look forward to the 2013 seasons of drifting, tire blow-outs, rubber-smoke inhalations, and all of the other good stuff drifters encounter. Luis also plans to swap a red top SR20DET and rollcage his S14. Whatever it is they have planned or will pull last minute, we will be there to capture it in the moment. We plan on being at a few of their drift events to do cover them in action with tons of photos and videos!
