Ever since the introduction of the Miata in 1989, it was a car for enthusiasts. People love the Miata, better known as the MX-5, and it shows with sales nearing 1,000,000 worldwide, making it the most popular 2-seat convertible in history. It seemed for a while, that the miata had died out, only to be driven by retired men living a childhood dream. Yet in the past two years, the miata has seen a huge revival in the car game. Kids looking for a fun, cheap, reliable project car, flock to the Miata like seagulls on bread.
As we were leaving WekFest last month, I saw this Miata parked behind a food truck, with owner Ben Hertz hangin’ with his buddy, enjoying some lunch before heading home. We almost got to the highway on-ramp when we decided to turn around and grab a few pics with this dope carbon fiber hardtop, stickerbombed, dumped roadster from Jersey.
Thats a sticker bomb if i’ve ever seen one.
